2005 – 2018 Started “San Antonio A thru Z Pediatrics, P.A .and sold the franchise to retire inDecember , 2018.
2001 Restarted Private Practice after Quantum declared Bankruptcy as sole proprieter.
1995-2000 Mac Gregor Medical Association moved out of San Antonio, Houston that closed doors x 50 clinics; and MC joined Quantum.
1997- 1998 Served as The Vice-Chair, Dept. Of Pediatrics, South Texas Methodist Children’s Hospital.
1995 Joined Mac Gregor Medical Association as a Pediatrician.
1989-1991 was the Chair and Director of pediatrics at Bowling Green of San Antonio, which was a Neuro -Psychiatric Facility, Chaired the Multi - Disciplinary meetings.

1981-1983 worked as a part time clinical instructor at Medical College of Wisconsin in the Department of Pediatrics.

  1. 1991: Started a SAI Spiritual Center in San Antonio.
  2. 1991: Involved with the volunteer services at the Battered Woman’s Shelter, Children’s Shelter, Bexar County Detention Programs, Samm’s Shelter food and counseling.
  3. 1996 to 2005: Organized Medical missions in India twice a year.
  4. 1998: Started “The Society for Assistance International” (SAI), a 501c-3 non-profit tax exempt organization for Health, Education and Social Welfare without borders.
  5. 2002: Started the S.A.I Institute Of Educare as an educational wing of SAI on April 13th, 2002.
  6. TECPDS.ORG: Teaches the concepts of Neurobiology to parents, therapists and teachers so that the experience to the children is enriched to stimulate progress since 1997.
  7. 1999: Started the web site for the Educare www.saicdp.org (Removed now).
  8. TPS: Early Child Growth and Development, COCAN.
  9. AAP: COCAN and COSH Council, Child Development.
  10. Member of South Texas Coalition to Prevent Child Trauma.

Took iECHO immersion training and established partnership with University of New Mexico iECHO under The SAI Institute Of Educare-USA for community education on 0–3 year and pregnancy teaching and early interventions to prevent current infant and childhood mental health crisis and future adult mental health crisis, a global endeavor.
  16. Partnering with superhub of iECHO India to teach and train (TOT) cohorts of parent volunteers and teachers on 0–3 interventions to transfer SEL, LL and CD learning.

Publications:

  1. 1980: Abstract presented and accepted at APA/APS/SPR on Wheezing with Mycoplasma Pneumonia.
  2. 1979-1980: Established a protocol with yoga and meditation to overcome the impact of emotional trauma 0-5 year infants and toddlers at University of Michigan and moved with my spouse and never completed the study.
  3. 2001: The SAI Educare calendar with weekly positive thoughts and monthly stories.
  4. 2004: Authored “Brain, Mind, SAI Educare”, which is an innovative effort in educating the therapists, teachers and the parents, on Early Brain Connections, Hidden mind and behavior, Child Trauma and Management. Published by the University press of Maryland and Oxford press.
  5. 2005: The Science Educare Lesson Plans. Published in October, 2004 (CD and manual).
  6. 2017: Published “Early Brain Sprouts from States to Traits”. Available on Amazon.
  7. 2020: “Raising a Healthy child” - on Amazon.
  8. 2022-2024: Working on a manual through researching and compiling all available data on Early networks and In utero brain networks imaging and environmental influences.
  9. 2024: Gave Memoirs of my experiences with Bhagawan Sri Satya Sai Baba to EMESCO: Declaring his divinity as one who appears in Yajna with evidence that is visible and taking me personally from inertia to experiencing the inherent divinity and self-realization in Telugu “Saayee-Twameva Sharanam mama”. Youth will really understand the power of Mantra, Meditation and the proximity of inherent divinity and the protector of one follows Sanatana Dharma. Forgives since and reforms.
